Where It All Began
Since 2009, Jordan has built a reputation as a true visionary in the music scene. Started out creating music and performing in the Norfolk, Virginia area, he found his love for acoustic & electric guitar at age 14. A self taught musician Inspired by acts such as The Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers Band, Phish, Dave Matthews and Gov’t Mule; he began his adolescence performing on an open-mic stage at Mojo Bones in Ocean View, VA with x's on his hands and his parents as escorts.
Jordan - the Co-Founder and lead guitarist / vocalist of the Psychedelic Funk band "Bended Light" who operated for eight years out of the Hampton Roads, Virginia region featuring Jack Gallagher, Keith Perkins, and Andy Cappetta. Played lead guitar in multiple bands including The Lawn Boys (Phish Tribute), The Lena Klett Band, and Hammerhead Blues band. During Jordan's near-decade career with Bended Light, he toured all around Virginia and its neighboring states playing festivals, clubs, and bars.
Whilst performing solo acoustic shows, Jordan brings a satisfying mixture of our favorite jam-band songs, bluegrass traditionals, and loopy psychedelic funk! Rocking dance-floors and opening minds, he continues to spread his musical light in every new destination. In August of 2022 Jordan moved to Richmond, Virginia and linked up with local performing artists including Danny Jams, Kevin Boswell, Jamie DeAngio, & Lena Klett. As of June, 2023 Jordan is now the fourth member in Psychedelic Indie Jam band “Dan & the Fam” stationed out of Richmond, Virginia.
As of September 2023, Jordan’s added as the lead guitarist for Richmond, Virginia band “Gray Boat” featuring Greg Thorpe, Mike Zuk, & Hunter Rhodes.
